Richard specialises in leading change through accelerated marketing performance & digital transformation. He heads a team of consultants and practitioners at Oystercatchers responsible for some of the best known brands & their agency partnerships today. Formerly headed Marketing for McDonald’s Restaurants in the UK & international marketer for The Coca-Cola Company, as well as EMEA lead for the P&G business at Publicis Worldwide.
