Prior to launching Better All Round with his wife Colena, Oday worked for 25 years as a management consultant. He started his career at KPMG before moving to Accenture where he was a global managing partner for many years, leaving at the end of 2012. At Accenture, Oday held a variety of leadership roles including Global Head of Media & Entertainment, Global Head of Business Consulting for Comms, Media & High Tech and Managing Partner of Accenture’s Analytics business in Europe, Africa and Latin America with global go-to-market responsibility. Whatever the role he held, Oday enjoyed serving clients across the globe working with teams from different backgrounds and cultures.

Oday is a firm believer that good collaborations, smart thinking, and sheer determination can lead to genuine innovation. This is no more keenly seen than in the launch of the Ora Household Towel. Ora illustrates Oday’s vision to bring a revolutionary new product from an initial concept onto a supermarket shelf within a year. The journey to build Better All Round has been anything but straightforward and has proven to be an amazing learning experience on many fronts. The last few years have seen the company make its first acquisition, run extensive market tests in the US and most recently gear up to launch a range of new innovative sustainable products.

Oday studied Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College and completed an executive MBA at

Northwestern’s Kellogg business school. Oday has featured on Jazz FM’s Jazz Shaper, a programmededicated to business leaders, disruptors and innovators. Better All Round was recognized by City A.M. and Mishcon de Reya as one of the UK’s 100 fast-growing firms as part of their inaugural Leap 100 group. Better All Round has also featured in Furnace Magazine, Management Today, the FT, several other journals as well as on BBC Radio Lincolnshire.

Today, Oday is Chairman of Consuma Paper Products, the business acquired in 2018, which now sits under the Better All Round umbrella. Conusma is the UK’s leading own label tissue producer tomany of the country’s top retailers. Oday also serves as Chairman of a dynamic natural energy drink start up, Füd Vitamin Energy, and supports several other start-up businesses as well as having served as a Henkel X mentor. As much as the past few years have been a true roller coast ride, there is no lack of exciting adventures planned for the years ahead!
