

Melissa Di Donato

Melissa Di Donato is Chair and CEO of the global fintech company Kyriba, and a fierce advocate for women in the workplace. With over 20 years in the tech industry at some of the world’s most innovative companies, she was previously the CEO of SUSE, where she made history as the first woman CEO to take a multi-billion Euro company public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Melissa has also held senior executive roles at tech businesses across the world, including SAP, Salesforce, IBM and Oracle.
Melissa is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Porsche and a Non-Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Europe. She previously served as a Non-Executive Director for the UK’s Department for Science, Innovation & Technology and continues to serve the Department for Business and Trade's SME Digital Adoption Taskforce.
As one of only a small number of female tech leaders globally, Melissa advocates for achieving gender equity in the workplace. She was the inaugural chair of the 30% Club’s Technology Working Group, a global campaign to boost female representation at board and C-Suite level. Melissa is also co-founder of Inner Wings, a charity dedicated to empowering young girls with confidence-building, and has authored several children’s books.
