Jenny leads Magnetic to help the people we work with design better futures and transform their businesses. Jenny’s experience is rooted in behavioural and cultural change, with leadership roles in national and global brands including RSA, Barclays, Centrica British Gas, HBOS and Telefonica O2. Jenny is also the Accidental CEO (her LinkedIn newsletter), an ambassador for Minderful and a UK board member for the International Women’s Forum, supporting next-gen female leaders.
