With over 17 years FMCG experience and identified as 3rd Most Influential Woman Leader in Dairy by The Grocer, I have diverse experience ranging from local, regional and global marketing and product innovation and experience working in both SME and Global Corporate environments. I have commercial experience managing end-to-end P&L accountability across a portfolio of brands and served as board member of both the Unilever UK & Ireland business and European Ice-Cream business. I have demonstrated strong ability to inspire small and large teams to work collaboratively, build resilience and deliver sustainable business growth over time.
