Jane Stiller

Jane Stiller is a dynamic C-suite leader and divisional board member at ITV PLC, specialising in digital transformation and customer growth within the UK media industry. Currently serving as Chief Viewer Officer, Jane owns the end to end viewer experience for ITV. She leads a 300-person organisation encompassing insight, digital product and technology, brand, marketing and distribution. She is a proven architect of cultural and digital change, having supercharged ITVX—the UK’s fastest-growing TV streaming service—which reached 40 million users under her leadership. With a career spanning leadership roles at Mars, Marks & Spencer, and ITV, Jane has consistently delivered high-impact results, including driving double-digit customer and revenue growth. She is known for a straight talking and energetic leadership style and for navigating teams positively through times of change and transformation. Beyond commercial success, she is a dedicated advocate for gender equality, serving as the Executive sponsor of the ITV Women’s Network and a Winston Churchill Fellow researching female leadership.
