Heather Blundell is the youngest UK CEO of a Top 20 PR agency and leads Grayling with a conviction that exceptional client outcomes are driven by strong, inclusive leadership. She oversees more than 200 colleagues across nine UK offices and has built a culture rooted in transparency, accountability and care, enabling teams to do their best work and creating a powerful competitive advantage. Under her leadership, Grayling became the largest UK PR and public affairs agency to achieve a 0% gender pay gap, supported by a senior advisory board that is 50% women and 25% non-white. She set new sector standards by publishing gender and ethnicity pay data, becoming the first UK PR agency listed in the Women in Work Top 100 and the first large UK PR agency to achieve Tommy’s baby loss accreditation. Heather introduced progressive policies spanning neurodiversity, maternity, paternity, fertility, menopause and men’s health, raising the bar for transparency and accountability.
