Gaynor Coley

Co-Founder of the Road to Happiness and a new educational visitor destination, Xanadoo.  Gay was one of the Founding Directors at the Eden Project and Managing Director for 13 years, leading the team from start up to becoming a global brand. Director of Public Programmes at the RBG Kew followed, where her re-invigoration included the magical Christmas lights. She went on to Chair the Board at the Wave, Bristol, establishing the inland lagoon that encourages surfing for all.  She is a Non Executive Director on 2 plc Investment Funds, an ESG ninja and was recently recognised as winner in Management Todays Women in Power Leadership List 2024.
