LEAD IMAGE 

As a part of your entry, you must upload a headshot of the individual being nominated. The image should be a JPEG file with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. 

SUPPORTING MATERIAL 

You may upload supporting material to strengthen your submission further. Entries must include recommendations by a senior representative of their company.
