With more than 30 years' experience in the publishing industry (22 at Penguin), she is commercially driven and deeply consumer-focused, with a strong track record in leadership, strategic growth and brand building. She has had the privilege of working with some of the world's most loved and bestselling authors, including Jamie Oliver, Dawn French, Stephen Fry, Marian Keyes and Jojo Moyes, and recently launched a heritage list, The Mermaid Collection, focused on discovering and celebrating forgotten female writers.
