Elizabeth is a media and advertising leader with 20+ years' experience across traditional and emerging platforms. Most recently Director of Sales & Advertising at Frame Advertising, building the company's ad sales operation for FAST channels on Connected TV. Career spans senior commercial roles at Sky Media, Turner, Viacom, and A+E Networks, alongside founding boutique agency 16x9Media. Currently Chair of Trustees for BelEve UK, empowering young women and girls across London. Former President of Bloom UK, championing diversity through award-winning initiatives including the Allyship Code of Conduct and co-founding Bloom in Colour and Join Our Table. Industry recognition includes Campaign Media's 40 over 40 (2024), Campaign A-Lister (2025), MEFA Change Maker Award (2025), and featured among The Media Leader's 50 Black Women Gamechangers.
