Dinah Williams is the Founder and CEO of The Avenir Network, a consultancy focused on shaping the future of work through inclusive leadership, behavioural science, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies. She works with organisations across the media, technology, and public sectors to help leaders translate strategy into everyday practice, particularly during periods of change and transition. Alongside her consultancy work, Dinah is the founder of Avenir Pathways, a social impact initiative supporting people navigating redundancy and career transition with clarity, confidence, with a future-focused lens, while helping organisations respond to workforce change more responsibly.
