In early 2021, Brandie made a seismic shift into NHS primary care as Chief Executive Officer, dismantling the myth that leadership expertise belongs to a single sector. This was not a lateral move; it was a power play born from two decades of leading operations across consumer service delivery, most recently as Managing Director at Marco Pierre White Restaurants. A sector agnostic leader, she has held roles at British Airways Plc, Tesco Plc, Whitbread Plc, Travelodge and Hilton Hotels, where she entered as a graduate trainee and refused to stop climbing. Brandie does not just occupy spaces. She creates them. The first female Managing Director at MPW Restaurants.In 2020, the first Black female MD within branded restaurant groups across the UK.
