Becci Thomson

Becci Thomson is Chief Commercial Officer at Co-op Live, Europe’s largest indoor arena. Becci joined Co-op Live as its third employee five years ago, before the arena opened, helping to establish its very first department. As part of her role, Becci leads commercial strategy and operations across a team of over 100 staff, including 20 full-time members. She drives strategic partnerships, develops innovative premium revenue streams, and oversees the launch of new spaces within and around the arena. Becci’s leadership ensures the venue’s commercial success through collaboration and strategic growth initiatives. From the outset, and largely supported by her extensive career history in live venues and events, Becci has demonstrated exceptional sales ambition and strategic vision, delivering significant results that have laid the foundation for the venue’s commercial success to date. Over the years, Becci has progressed through three promotions, each reflecting her growing impact and leadership. At the age of 37, Becci is also the youngest member of Co-op Live’s Executive Committee Board.
