Amanda Farmer is CEO and co-founder of LeSHOP, the creative commerce agency within Publicis Groupe UK, specialising in building brands in commerce. With over 20 years' experience in the creative industry, Amanda is a transformational business leader and has led major creative practices at WPP and Publicis. Her career is defined by client centricity, collaboration, and impactful outcomes: she's known for building high-performing teams and turning big ideas into business results. A committed advocate for women in leadership, Amanda actively mentors and champions the next generation of female leaders, demonstrating that senior leadership and family life can coexist successfully.
