After a rewarding 17-year career at AMV BBDO as Chief Diversity Officer & HR Director, I founded my own consultancy, fulfilling a lifelong goal to provide specialised Diversity & HR consulting to charities, individuals, and small businesses. Alongside this, I hold the position of Head of People & Culture at UNIT art gallery, integrating my expertise in HR with a passion for the arts.  I have been an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion for the past 27 years & for the past four years, I have served as an E,D&I judge at the CIPD People Management Awards and I'm honoured to be judging the Women in Leadership Power List 2024.
