On Thursday 28th April 2022 Management Today will be announcing the winners of the Management Today Business Awards in a glittering ceremony at Quaglino's Restaurant in St. James, London.

The original super restaurant Quaglino’s is bursting with iconic heritage and has had a place in London's social history since its inception by Giovanni Quaglino in 1929. The menu, designed by Executive Chef Jack Smith, is a perfect canon of European classics, all made using the highest quality British ingredients. 


The Management Today Business Awards luncheon will showcase this superb food by serving the following menu:

Starter

Duck liver parfait, clementine, candied walnuts, toasted brioche

Caramelised red onion marmalade & Cornish Yarg tartelette, herb salad (vegetarian option)


Main Course 

Roast Cotswolds chicken breast, cauliflower puree, wild mushrooms, jus gras, charred leak

Pumpkin risotto, sage, pine nuts, chilli marinated goats’ cheese, king oyster mushroom (vegetarian option)


Dessert

Dark chocolate marquise, Griottine, 23ct gold leaf


In the pre-reception we will be serving Nyetimber Classic Cuvée and fine wines will accompany the luncheon along with tea/coffee & petit fours.

The Awards presentation will follow the lunch and give people the opportunity to celebrate the best of the Management Today Business Awards.
